The Center for CIO Leadership seeks to advance the CIO profession, including helping members to advance individually in their current role and beyond. The Career Center provides three key resources for CIOs to manage their individual advancement and their personal set of CIO competencies:
CIO Competency Assessment – examine the set of critical competencies the Center has developed to help CIOs assess their readiness as strategic business leaders and benchmark your strengths and weaknesses
Mentor Program – join this unique program connecting participating members one-on-one to build a relationship to share ideas, give back to the profession, provide assistance and leverage your knowledge with true peers – other CIOs
Job Center – share postings and let the Center know you are seeking new opportunities in this new Center resource launched in response to member interest
